Step into the heart of yoga with our immersive 200-hour in-person yoga teacher training. Across 20 days (broken in to 5 lots of 4 days) of hands-on learning, you’ll dive into the foundations of yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and authentic teaching practice – all while growing your own practice in a supportive community.
