Embodied Collective is a heart-led, holistic wellness company rooted in yoga, movement, and Eastern traditions.

Under the Embodied Collective umbrella sit two aligned branches:

  • Embodied Co. Yoga Academy offers yoga teacher training and mentorship program

  • Maiden Mama supports women across the motherhood continuum, from preconception to postpartum.

Hi, I’m Renee, founder of Embodied Co. I’ve walked the path of yoga teacher, mama, and holistic wellness advocate — and I’m here to help you do the same.

Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a confident yoga teacher or looking for gentle, supportive guidance through pregnancy and motherhood, Embodied Co. is your community and resource.

I am in the process of finalising the last few pieces of the first two arms of the company, Embodied Co. Yoga Academy and Maiden Mama. The former has been a passion project that started during the lockdown days, and has been an absolute labour of love. The latter grew from my personal journey of infertility through to becoming a mama of two.

After years of teaching, healing, and navigating my own journey through infertility, loss, natural conception, postpartum recovery, burnout, and rebirth — I knew what I was craving didn’t exist in one place. So I built it 💪 Embodied Co. is a home for growth — body, mind, business, and beyond. We weave science and soul. Lived experience and evidence. East and West. We meet you where you are — with tools to guide you home to yourself 🏠 Whether you’re becoming a mother, looking to becoming a yoga teacher, or remembering who you are — You’re welcome here. Embodied Co. started as a deeply personal venture—a journey to understand my own struggles with conception and carrying to term. This path led me into the world of yoga therapy and pre- and postnatal training. What began as a quest for answers turned into a calling to support other women on their own journeys.
